Learn about the wild world of Legal Cannabis
The Hemp Farm Bill of 2018 made cannabis federally legal as long as it is grown under a hemp license and tested in accordance to that bill. This means interstate commerce is allowed, and we can ship our flower all over the country!
Each state has their own laws, but our products are compliant with the federal law of the United States and ready to ship!
Legal Disclaimer: This is not legal advise however, you need to talk to a lawyer to get real legal advise.
These products will absolutely get you high. All the flower is natural grown THCa cannabis-hemp. This is the same thing you buy from dispos and dealers. Except we’re growing it under a hemp license and getting the necessary testing to ensure compliance.
Consume responsibly! Do not drive or operate heavy machinery etc. Be safe and spread love. Enjoy fam🙏
We ship usually USPS, sometimes UPS. Either way, the pack leaves from our warehouse in North Carolina and gets to most of the east coast within 2-3 days.
We ship at multiple times throughout the day but if you order before 2pm EST, the pack will probably ship the same day. Otherwise it will ship next business day. We ship Monday-Friday only, not on weekends. If you have any questions or concerns at all about your order, just reach out and we will help you. Thanks for your trust and support fam. 🙏
In layman’s terms, THCa is “regular weed.”
THCa is a the natural form of THC produced by the cannabis plant. THCa becomes THC when smoked, vaped, or heated through a process called decarboxylation.
All cannabis you would buy from a dispensary or dealer is equivalent to the “THCa Flower” we sell. The reason we call it THCa Flower is because of the way the federal law is written. The term is used to describe high THC cannabis, that is legally clarified as hemp.
When you go to a dispensary and look at their lab tests, you will see the same sort of results as our lab tests. 20-35% THCa.
All our flower is grown in California by industry veterans with over 20 years of experience. If you don’t love the products, we will help you find something you love.
No one is disappointed with our selection of rare top shelf exotics and across our 3 categories of quality, everyone is sure to find their perfect fit.
